Card Issuer

Cards issued by Pathward pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.

Purchase Fee

Up to $6.95 may be assessed at the time of purchase

Fund Expiration

Funds on the card do not expire

Replacement Cards

No replacement card fee when ordering a replacement card after expiration to access unused funds

Card Amounts

Instant Issue: Minimum $10, Maximum $1,000
Large Orders: Minimum $10, Maximum $2,000

Card Expiration

Cards are issued with an eight-year expiration date and must have a full five years for cardholder use

Inactivity Fee

$2.95 monthly fee after 12 consecutive months of inactivity

Lost/Stolen Replacement

$5.00 replacement fee

Customer Service

Available on the back of every card for balance inquiries, disputed charges, lost or stolen cards, and refund requests

There is no PIN (personal identification number) associated with this card

ATM Use

Cards cannot be used at ATMs — POS transactions only

FDIC Insurance

Cards must be properly registered for funds to be FDIC insured
